Custom Composites
Many companies need custom fabricated components not available for normal purchase. We are often asked to build a mold and produce parts able to service high temperature ranges required for extreme service. This components are built with a combination of epoxy resin and fiberglass where the temperature was the highest, and a vinylester resin and fiberglass layup for the outer skin. The parts are finished in a primer gel coat to be painted to match the project.
